The founder
Rob Staats Jr. founded AIDO after years inside sales floors, operations rooms, owner's offices, and small marketing teams — the places where AI either becomes a quiet superpower or another tab nobody opens.
His background spans sales, business development, marketing, leadership, operations, communication, training, entrepreneurship, and hands-on problem solving. That mix matters: AI adoption isn't a software project. It's a people project, an operations project, and a leadership project — all at once.
AIDO was built on a simple observation: good teams kept getting talked at by AI vendors and walking away more confused than before. So Rob started the company he wished someone had sold him — one that does the work, hands it over, and doesn't create dependence.
AIDO is not about replacing people. It's about helping people use better tools, reduce friction, and spend more time on the work that actually matters.
